Contacted this law firn based on the positive reviews left by others. I am glad I did. My mom was awarded half of my... dads life insurance in their divorce 20 years ago. He recently passed. The insurance denied ago claim.as he left his second spouse all of his benefits. Within four weeks we reached a settlement with his second spouse avoiding court. I highly recommend Michael Hoover. He was very responsive in contacting us quickly each time we emailed. Best part is my mom's very ill and everything was done via email Or fax. We never had to travel or meet ( in covid times) face to face.read more

Someone had advised me to fight the denial of my husband's accidental life benefits due to his ethanol levels reading... .08%. We engaged the services of Michael Hoover to assist us with an emotionally fraught and legally complex situation... involving the denial of an accidental death rider on a life insurance policy and a separate accidental death policy. We found Michael through a Google search and engaged his services as soon as the policies were denied and I am extremely glad we did so. He guided us through the process of submitting an appeal to the insurance company, which was denied, and then filing suit, which we won. The insurance company then appealed to the circuit court and we settled with them at that stage. Throughout the entire process Michael was knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. His counsel was consistently sound and it is clear that we would not have gotten the result we did aside from his assistance. I would recommend Michael to anyone facing a similar situation. Recently, it came to my attention that I was going to need some legal help regarding a life insurance policy. I... messaged several different law offices requesting assistance. I sent an email to Michael Hoover with Interpleader Law asking a few questions and by the time I went to the kitchen and poured a glass of sweet tea and walked back to my room I already had an extremely helpful response email to my questions. I followed up with a few more questions and my follow up email was responded to just as fast. I didn't just receive some generic responses, I quickly obtained useful information and it was very obvious that Michael Hoover had taken time out of his day to thoughtfully answer my questions with detailed informative responses. Prior to messaging this company I had already emailed several other law firms and either got some generic response or no response at all.
