In order to start, we need you to get in touch with us. We prefer to receive a completed form on our Contact page, but we also accept phone calls and email. The more background information you can give us upfront, the faster we can analyze your claim and make a decision. Remember, it's free to submit a claim and your information will be kept strictly confidential. You've come this far already. Give it a shot.

Once we agree that we can help, you will be able to hire and authorize us to negotiate with the life insurance company on your behalf with just a few clicks of a mouse. If you prefer snail mail, we can work that way as well. Again, this process takes just a few minutes if done online. This is great if you never want to have to travel to a lawyer's office (we don't blame you).

In the event your case cannot be resolved without going to court, or if your case is already in court when you hire us, we will work diligently to resolve your matter as quickly as possible. The important thing is we will keep you posted on our progress. We don't get paid unless we win, so you'll never be on the hook for a bunch of legal fees.

Once we have a brief description of your situation, we like to do a little background research before we call or email you back. When we do make contact, we will typically ask you to send us a few key pieces of information that we need to complete our initial analysis and make a quick determination on whether or not we can help you get your money. It usually takes less than 24 hours from the time you contact us to the time we have a decision.

Once we are on the case, you will receive periodic updates regarding our progress. We prefer to send these upates by email, but again, we can use snail mail or call you on the phone if you like. Many times, we are able to resolve claim denials without going to court. In these cases, the insurance company will typically send a check within a few weeks, and the case will be over.
